This article provides a general introduction to navigating the Redzone Knowledge Base.

If you are unable to view or search for any articles outside of the Start Here! section, that means you are currently not logged in to Redzone.

The full Knowledge Base is limited to logged-in users only. If you have a Redzone account:

  • Go to the Redzone Web Experience in your browser.

  • Log in with your Redzone credentials.

  • Click the help button in the top-right corner of the page to get back to the Knowledge Base.


Categories and content

Pick a general category to view documentation and how-to's for a given subject or module.

Subcategories

Each category on the Knowledge Base contains several subcategories that group how-to's and help articles by topic. Subcategories for the main Redzone modules are further split into general documentation, Admin documentation, and supporting best practices or white papers.

There is also a targeted FAQ and Troubleshooting section in the Productivity, Compliance, Reliability, Learn, Automation, and Analytics categories. We encourage you to check these out in advance for potential pitfalls and quick answers!
